Job description
Collingswood Rehab is seeking a Director of Maintenance to lead all facility maintenance operations, ensuring a safe, functional environment that supports high-quality resident care.
The role requires at least four years in maintenance, healthcare facility experience, and generally preferred HVAC certification. You will oversee preventive maintenance, manage staff and vendors, and ensure compliance with safety and building codes within a 160-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.
