Job description
Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee the overall maintenance of our Minnesota facility. You will supervise maintenance staff, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure safe operation of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm systems to support resident care.
