Job description
Ohio Living in Willoughby, OH is seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform the day-to-day upkeep of our life plan community. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting repairs, and safety tasks to keep facilities clean, safe, and comfortable for residents and staff.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic maintenance experience, and knowledge of building codes and OSHA/EPA regulations.
