Job description
Yonkers Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Food Service Director to lead our Dietary Services Department. You will oversee menu planning, food production, sanitation, budgeting, inventory, and staff development to ensure nutritious, appealing meals that meet physician-prescribed dietary requirements.
This leadership role requires CDM certification, 2–5 years in healthcare food service, and strong skills in budgeting, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance.
