Front Office CoordinatorBest Life Hearing Center located in Milford and Wallingford, CT is seeking a full-time front office coordinator to provide administrative office support services to people with hearing loss consistent with company policy. This position is an essential part of the practice, as it helps ensure the day-to-day administrative functions. This is a busy, fast-paced environment. Our practice is team-oriented and focused on providing excellent patient care.Qualifications:Responsible for coordination of all front office functionsGreet patients professionally and with compassion in person and on the phoneContact patients to schedule and confirm appointments, assuring maximization of provider schedules.Carry out office administrative duties.Adhere to goals and policies established by the company.Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written (friendly, outgoing, positive attitude)Basic understanding of the needs of the population being served.Ability to multitask and wear many hats is a must.Must be organized, detail oriented, and a quick learner.Proficient computer skillsStrong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail.Good patient interaction with contact regarding their insurance benefits and payment optionsSkills And Experience:Preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred but not necessary.Education:High School Diploma.We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22-24 based upon experience along with:Paid HolidaysPTOHealth insurance401(k)Ongoing Training OpportunitiesPerformance-based bonus incentives
