Job description
The Associate General Counsel at Charleston Area Medical Center serves in CAMC’s Office of the General Counsel, delivering legal counsel to the governing boards and management on governance, tax, contracts, claims and regulatory matters affecting CAMC and affiliates.
This role requires strong experience in health law, corporate governance, and risk management, with responsibilities spanning corporate secretary duties, financing, real estate, and compliance with federal and state health care
