$150K to $200K base + bonus + vehicle | Office in Glendora or Irvine | Projects across LA, OC, and the Inland Empire
If you’ve run acute care work in occupied hospitals and know your way around HCAI, ICRA, and IOR inspections, this one is worth a call.
A long standing California general contractor with deep hospital roots and a full pipeline of ED, ICU, OR, and infrastructure work is adding a Project Manager to lead $10M to $50M+ OSHPD 1 projects from precon through HCAI closeout. This is a direct hire role with a stable, healthcare focused team.
What you’ll do
Lead OSHPD 1 acute care projects from preconstruction and buyout through HCAI closeout
Own budgets, schedules, change orders, and owner reporting on $10M to $50M+ projects
Work directly with IORs, HCAI field and compliance staff, and hospital facilities teams
Plan ICRA, ILSM, and shutdown phasing in occupied facilities alongside your Superintendent
Mentor Project Engineers and APMs
What you bring
5+ years as a PM on OSHPD 1 acute care projects with a California GC (not limited to MOB or clinic work)
Strong working knowledge of HCAI inspection, documentation, and closeout requirements
Experience with ICRA and ILSM in occupied hospitals
Procore, P6 or MS Project, Bluebeam
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
