Job description
Healthcare Hospitality SpecialistThe Healthcare Hospitality Specialist is responsible for effectively communicating with patients, staff, and guests of the hospital to ensure accuracy and timelines of patient meal trays and floor stock. Major responsibilities include delivering meal carts to patient units, aiding in the meal set-up at the bedside with direct patient contact, discarding soiled trays, taking inventory of the nourishment area, stocking the nourishment area, and accurately operating technical equipment. The Healthcare Host/Hostess will be responsible for patient meal service and delivery, patient rounding and menu assistance, customer service and patient satisfaction, sanitation activities, including dishware, equipment cleaning, and janitorial tasks.What You Bring:Great communication skillsStrong teamwork and a positive attitudeAdaptability and willingness to learnPassion for maintaining a healthy and safe environmentHigh School Diploma or GEDCommunication SkillsTeamwork and Positive AttitudeBe able to stand for long periods of timeShift: 12 Hour Shifts/ 4 days on-week 1, 3 days on-week 2 with 3 day weekends, working every other weekend – 6:30am-8:00pm
