Job description
Thundermist Health Center seeks an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic, hands‑on HR generalist supporting leaders and staff across multiple Thundermist locations. You will partner with Executive Directors and managers on employee relations, performance, and compensation guidance, including provider credentialing and onboarding.
This role focuses on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness, with a special emphasis on provider relationships from post‑offer through credentialing
