Job description
Encompass Health, the nation's largest inpatient rehabilitation provider, seeks a Human Resources Director in Jacksonville to lead HR strategy, employee relations, and staffing across locations. You will partner with hospital leadership to foster an inclusive culture and ensure compliant, compassionate people practices that support patient care.
This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HR leadership in healthcare; PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.
