Chestnut Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead HR operations for a long-term care and short-term rehabilitation facility. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and personnel records while collaborating with the Administrator and regional HR leadership.
