Job description
Kindred Hospital The Palm Beaches and Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) is a 68-bed specialty hospital offering 24-hour clinical care seven days a week to support extended recovery.
The Human Resources Director works with hospital and district leadership to coordinate HR activities, overseeing employee relations, policies, employment law, retention, compensation, HRIS reporting, new hire procedures, and benefits, while aligning with corporate HR initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance.
