Job description
Rush Specialty Hospital - Inpatient Rehabilitation, in partnership with Select Medical, seeks an HR Director to lead the Human Resources Department within the hospital and regional scope. This full-time role reports to the Regional HR Director/VP of HR and collaborates with Corporate HR/Payroll.
You will drive talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, payroll, and training while upholding the Select Medical Way and the hospital's mission and values.
