Job description
ASPYRE of Bronzeville is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead and oversee the facility’s HR functions. The HR Director will work closely with facility leadership and staff to support recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, training, and overall employee engagement.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree, HR certification preferred, at least 2 years of HR management experience in healthcare, strong communication, and confidentiality.
