Job description
MissionHires is seeking a People Services Director for a respected community-based acute care hospital in northeastern Nevada. This senior leader will own end-to-end HR operations for a 200+ employee workforce, leading workforce strategy and employee engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, along with strengths in employee relations and conflict resolution. The role requires travel up to 20%.
