Job description

Universal Health Services (UHS) seeks a Human Resources Director for SandyPines Residential Treatment Center. This role oversees HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and compliance, and serves as a strategic partner to facility management.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years HR experience, healthcare exposure, and HR certification. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master’s preferred, and leadership capabilities are essential.
