Job description
Baptist Medical Center Beaches & South is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join the HR Business Advisory team. You will provide HR support and employee relations guidance to employees and leaders across the hospital.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of general HR experience, including employee relations, with healthcare HR experience preferred. Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
