Job description
Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as a front-facing member of our HR Business Advisory team. You will provide HR support and employee relations guidance to employees and leaders across Baptist Medical Center Beaches & South and surrounding facilities.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of general HR experience, healthcare HR experience preferred, and a strong ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment while delivering exceptional customer
