Job description
Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR leader to advise facility leadership and managers across the South Texas Health System on employee relations, engagement, retention, orientation and compliance with federal and state laws.
The role requires 5–8 years in HR management (healthcare preferred) with strong communication, and proficiency in ATS, HRIS, LMS, and MS Office; SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR is desirable.
