Job description
Ardent Health Services in Pocatello, ID is seeking a day shift, full-time HR Business Partner to support Portneuf Medical Center and provide remote support to Lovelace Health System across New Mexico.
The HRBP will partner with managers and directors to align business objectives with employees and management, lead HR initiatives, and deliver value-added services that reflect regional needs and corporate strategies.
