Job description
Akumin is seeking an Integration Engineer to lead enterprise-level interoperability across imaging, RIS, PACS, and EHR systems. You will design, govern, and maintain interfaces, ensuring data exchange fidelity using HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and REST/SOAP protocols.
Strong HealthShare/IRIS expertise and radiology systems familiarity are required. Responsibilities include building interfaces, automating deployments, documenting specs, and guiding architecture for a scalable interoperability stack.
