Job description
Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, Inc. seeks a Legal Counsel to act as a generalist on a collaborative, business-aligned team. You will provide practical, timely legal advice to enable informed decisions and advance enterprise objectives, balancing risk with strategy.
You will support business partners across the organization, draft and negotiate agreements, oversee regulatory matters, and coordinate outside counsel while maintaining member privacy and integrity.
