If not, this is not the role.You are responsible for one thing: growing referrals.Build and expand relationships with physicians, specialists, and medical officesExecute consistent in-person visits across South FloridaPosition our services in a way that drives patient referralsFollow up with precision to convert relationships into volumeOpen new referral channels in targeted specialtiesTrack performance and improve outreach strategyRepresent the brand at events and within the medical communityYou generate consistent referral flow within your first 60–90 daysYou become a known, trusted contact across your territoryYou create long-term referral partnerships, not one-time conversationsExperience in physician relations, healthcare liaison work, or medical salesProven ability to build referral relationshipsStrong in-person communication and networking skillsSelf-managed, disciplined, and results-drivenComfortable working in the field dailyReliable transportationCompetitive hourly basePerformance-based incentives tied to referral growthFlexible part-time scheduleClear path to impact and earningsHigh autonomy, no micromanagementStrong service offering that physicians trust and refer toReal influence on growth, not a support roleThis is not an entry-level marketing role.
