Job description
Leerink Partners LLC, based in New York, seeks an Investment Banking Associate/VP for its M&A team focused on healthcare and life sciences. You will originate, structure and execute sell-side and buy-side transactions, with significant execution responsibilities and advancement opportunities.
The ideal candidate has a track record in M&A within a premier investment bank, 4+ years in IB, and strong modeling/valuation skills, plus an MBA/CFA a plus. Regulatory qualifications may be required.
