Job description
Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee facility maintenance, safety, and operations across our Minnesota campuses. You will manage staff, scheduling, and the performance of boilers, HVAC systems, and electrical work to ensure reliable services for residents.
Lead preventive maintenance, coordinate contractors, ensure compliance with health regulations, and drive continuous improvement while supporting a safe, clean environment and high-quality resident care.
