Job description
Freedom Healthcare, a fast-growing behavioral health organization, seeks an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations across multiple inpatient psychiatric hospitals. You’ll drive financial accuracy, consolidate entities, and steward cash flow in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
In this senior role, you’ll mentor accounting staff, ensure GAAP compliance, oversee audits, and provide leadership with timely KPIs and decision support to inform growth strategies across facilities.
