Eger Health Care is seeking a Nursing Recruiter in Staten Island to lead full-cycle recruitment for nursing and clinical roles. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinate hiring with nursing leadership, and maintain talent pipelines to support high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include posting jobs, managing ATS workflows, organizing interviews, checking references, and ensuring compliance with hiring regulations. You’ll collaborate with clinical teams to forecast staffing needs and represent Eger’s compassionate, patient-focused culture to all candidates.
