Job description
FullShift Staffing in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Healthcare Administrator to lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive clinical and financial performance. You will supervise department managers, partner with physicians and staff, and uphold top-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in nursing home administration or a related field, 2+ years in health care, and state licensure where required. A Master's is preferred.
