Job description
Boston Medical Center is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee administration, personnel, fiscal management, strategic planning and hospital-wide operations.
You will lead managers, translate strategy into policy, and work with physician partners to optimize services and revenues. A Bachelor's in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus, with at least 7 years in financial/administrative management and 3 in healthcare.
