South Texas Health System McAllen Medical Center seeks a candidate to manage day-to-day operations across hospital departments and drive strategic initiatives to improve quality and profitability. You will participate in Leadership Development classes to prepare for a future COO role within UHS.
The role supports implementation of CEO/COO directives and offers a path within Universal Health Services to senior leadership, with relocation as needed to support hospital operations.
