Job description
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Performance and Safety Specialist to deliver critical training programs and support staff development across Arizona locations. The role conducts New Hire Orientation and teaches CPR/First Aid and CPI training, ensuring competencies through ongoing monitoring.
Collaborating with the Training Department and unit leaders, you will address safety practices and tailor training plans to promote best practices and higher performance among teams.
