Job description
McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture is seeking a Practice Marketing Director, Health to lead marketing strategy for the Healthcare practice. You will drive pursuit strategy, shape narratives for top opportunities, and coach the pursuit team to deliver compelling, compliant proposals.
Reporting to Marketing Operations, you will partner with BD and communications teams, ensure asset quality, and maintain market intelligence on healthcare trends and competitors.
