Job description
PwC in New York is seeking a Strategy & Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) Director, Healthcare, to guide clients through complex transactions and maximize value in deals. You will lead strategic initiatives across mergers, divestitures, and restructuring, and shape frameworks to help clients make informed decisions regarding their deals.
In this role, you will set strategic direction, drive business development, manage executive relationships, and mentor the next generation of leaders.
