Job description
Providence in Napa, CA is seeking a Director of Quality Improvement to lead performance initiatives across the organization, aligning with CMS QAPI and Joint Commission standards. You will partner with system leaders to design infrastructure, reporting, and strategies to drive quality, safety, and cost excellence.
You will guide data-driven improvement, manage regulatory readiness, foster a knowledge-sharing culture, and report progress to executives and governing bodies.
