Job description
Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center seeks a Quality Manager to lead data collection, auditing, and reporting of clinical quality metrics to internal teams and external regulators.
You will support CMS accreditation readiness, participate in performance improvement using FOCUS-PDSA and lean, and communicate quality principles across the organization. Monday–Friday on-site in Beatrice, with emphasis on improving patient safety and care.
