Healthcare Quality Reviewer – Developmental Disabilities Field

We’re hiring for a full‑time Quality Reviewer position. Key responsibilities include investigating complaints regarding services administered by waiver providers and conducting onsite reviews of waiver providers to monitor resolution, compliance, and quality improvement.
Compensation: Salary of $48,000 plus thirty days of total paid time off annually, reimbursement for approved work‑related mileage, and other perks.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and experience in the health and human services field – ideally in case management, service coordination, or other relevant work in support of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Travel: Variable work‑related travel required; willing and able to travel throughout the region during daytime hours approximately two days each week.
Quality Reviewers work through a collaborative partnership with our minority, women, and Veteran‑owned business partners.
