Job description
Ensign Services, Inc. (ESI) seeks a Health Care Regulatory Associate General Counsel to provide regulatory guidance in post-acute care operations. You will draft and negotiate reimbursement arrangements and ensure compliance with OBRA, Stark Law, False Claims Act, and Anti-Kickback provisions.
This onsite role in San Juan Capistrano requires up to 20% travel and offers a salary range of $100,000–$150,000 with potential bonus, DOE. Must hold a JD and be admitted to at least one state bar.
