Job description
Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Retail Director to lead the Boston Children’s Hospital Main Campus retail food service operations. You will oversee cafés, coffee shops, and catering services, driving financial performance, merchandising, and customer experiences.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop and mentor Retail Managers and frontline staff, implement retail strategies, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards across all outlets.
