Job description
Star Pediatric Home Care in New Jersey is seeking a Manager, Staffing Operations & Workforce Analytics to lead the Staffing Coordinator team and optimize nurse capacity. This hybrid role is based out of the office closest to your residence (Mount Laurel, Howell, or Saddle Brook) with travel between NJ offices as needed.
This role requires a data-driven leader with workforce planning, capacity management, and process improvement experience.
