Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is seeking a Principal Strategic Advisor to lead innovation in healthcare reimbursement, redesign consultation, payer/provider engagement and market opportunity development from a Durham hybrid office.
This role requires 8+ years of related experience, a Bachelor's or Advanced degree, and the ability to present complex analyses to senior leaders. You will mentor staff and drive enterprise strategies that improve outcomes and reduce costs for members.
