Kearney is seeking a Principal in Chicago to drive large-scale Healthcare transformations from strategy through execution, delivering measurable value for leading clients. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, translate complex analyses into executive-ready recommendations, and grow planning-focused engagements across Healthcare & Life Sciences.
The role requires an MBA (preferred) and 10+ years in management consulting, with strong client management, leadership and communication skills.
