Base Pay Range
$150,000.00/yr – $190,000.00/yr

Position Overview
The Senior Superintendent serves as an essential on‑site leader, directing day‑to‑day operations. In close partnership with the Project Manager, this role acts as the primary point of contact for all subcontractors and field activities. Superintendents are trusted with significant responsibility and independence to make key decisions.
