Job description
Newport Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned markets. You will partner with local leadership and hiring managers, craft sourcing strategies, screen candidates, negotiate offers, and coordinate onboarding to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
You will advise on labor market trends, compensation competitiveness, and selection decisions while traveling as needed and spending one day per week onsite.
