Job description
UCSF Health is seeking a Director of Transformation to drive enterprise-wide initiatives, partnering with executives, senior clinicians, and initiative owners. The role requires shaping opportunity analyses, designing implementation plans, budgets, and reporting to achieve targeted results.
The candidate will concurrently manage two to three initiatives, demonstrating strategic, systems thinking and strong healthcare operations experience across diverse settings.
