Job description
SEIU United Healthcare Workers - West is seeking a Union Representative/Organizer to articulate the Union’s message to workers and to run internal and external organizing programs. The role will mobilize members to protect rights and improve work lives, providing leadership for leadership development and political action.
The incumbent will design campaigns, recruit staff, negotiate agreements, and engage with employers and community groups, travelling as needed to advance organizing efforts.
