Job description
Omega Healthcare Management Services seeks an Assistant General Counsel to support the Legal Department and its internal and external clients in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on HIPAA/HITECH compliance, data security, and AI governance, and help develop templates and playbooks.
