Job description
HHR is proud to present a unique opportunity for an experienced Hearing Aid Specialist to join a well-established, independently owned hearing healthcare practice in Ormond Beach, FL.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hearing care professional who enjoys working directly with patients, building lasting relationships, and helping people find hearing solutions that can genuinely improve their quality of life.
The practice has been serving patients since 1997 and is part of an established private hearing healthcare organization with multiple locations throughout the area. The owner is looking for the right professional to help serve the Ormond Beach community — and for someone with the right vision and entrepreneurial mindset, there may be an opportunity to eventually take over ownership of the practice.

Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids based on individual patient needs
Provide hearing aid cleanings, troubleshooting, maintenance, and follow-up care

Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
Provide a personalized, high-quality patient experience

Opportunity to help shape the future direction and growth of the practice
Potential ownership opportunity for the right candidate
More Than Just a Job - Potential Ownership!
While this position is currently structured as a part-time dispensing opportunity, the owner is open to finding someone who sees long‑term potential in the practice.
For the right individual, there may be an opportunity to explore taking over ownership of the Ormond Beach location. This could be particularly appealing to an experienced Hearing Aid Specialist who has considered practice ownership but isn't interested in starting completely from scratch.
You would have the opportunity to step into an established location, build relationships within the community, and potentially take the next step toward owning your own hearing healthcare business.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Hearing Aid Specialist/Dispenser who is confident working independently and passionate about helping patients hear better.
We're looking for someone who is personable, motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable educating patients about hearing loss and hearing technology. The right professional will understand that successful dispensing is about more than simply selling a device — it's about earning trust, finding the right solution, and helping patients experience meaningful improvements in their daily lives.
An individual who is interested in future practice ownership is especially encouraged to inquire.
Life in Ormond Beach
Located along Florida's beautiful Atlantic coast, Ormond Beach offers a relaxed coastal lifestyle with beautiful beaches, outdoor recreation, excellent restaurants, and easy access to the greater Daytona Beach area. It's an appealing place to live and work for someone looking to build both a career and strong community relationships.

If you're an experienced Hearing Aid Specialist looking for a flexible part-time opportunity — or you've been thinking about practice ownership and would like to explore the possibility of taking over an established hearing healthcare location — we'd love to connect with you.
