Position Overview
Theos Audiology is seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their team. This position offers:

Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostics for adult patients.
Recommend and fit hearing aids, ensuring a patient-centered and needs-based approach.
Provide custom earmold services to meet individual patient requirements. Collaborate with front desk personnel and audiology technicians to ensure efficient, high-quality care.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in alignment with audiology best practices.
Requirements
Licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist in Illinois (or eligible for licensure).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong patient-first mindset.
