Hearings Coordinator / Aos IiiTitle: Hearings Coordinator / Aos IiiState Role Title: Office and Administrative Support OccupationsHiring Range: $35,611 - $47,953Pay Band: 3Agency: Dept Behavioral Health/DevelopLocation: Eastern State HospitalJob DutiesMust be computer literate and knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office Products, excellent communication skills and demonstrate effective utilization of exemplary interpersonal skills. Demonstrate ability to use basic office equipment and provide general administrative support. Knowledge in the care of psychiatric rehab patients. Knowledge of the CSBs, court hearings and process and knowledge of electronic health records; preferred. Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures as well as recovery principles and trauma informed care. Ability to act in the capacity of essential personnel during emergency/crisis situations.Minimum QualificationsPrevious clerical experience in mental health setting.
