Job description
The University of Kansas Health System seeks an Ambulatory Clinic RN Care Coordinator (RN) for the Advanced Heart Failure program at Bell Hospital. This full-time role supports physicians during clinic sessions, coordinates care, and guides patients through treatment plans.
You will be a licensed RN with at least two years of experience, a BSN, and multistate licensure with BLS. Strong communication and EMR documentation skills are essential to improve patient safety and outcomes.
